Mike has decades of experience in the talent management industry, managing and delivering recruiting services to primary industry sectors, healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and non-profit agencies where he held local, regional, and global leadership roles.
Additionally, he served on the Board of Directors of for profit and non-profit enterprises for commercial and community focused organizations.
As an entrepreneur, he started and successfully grew several companies in the talent management industry. In recent years he is focused on the wine growing and CBD industries as well as in starting Carbol Products to expand the application of active carbon products in the farming, agriculture, waste, and hydrocarbon industries.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and served in the U.S. Air Force.
Edgar has decades of international experience in Oilfield Services and Technology Innovation leading operations, technology, and business teams.
He held roles in Field Engineering, Business Development, Global Technology, International Operations and Executive Management for business in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
In recent years, as a Management Consultant, he served in executive roles for technology innovation startups overseeing business, strategy and operations in water sanitation, superconductivity, renewable energy, and hydrocarbons. Now he is focused on advancing Carbol Products.
He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, attended several Executive Development programs, and is a member of petroleum, geology, and engineering professional organizations.
